Something Blue Weddings and Events is owned and operated by an Award-winning wedding planner that prides herself in being able to plan and coordinate weddings and events of any religion and size. Simona Shafir, has been in the hospitality business and events industry for over 12 years. She is certified through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (www.wpic.ca). Simona’s passion, listening skills, the understanding of her clients’ needs and vision along with her attention to detail are some of the key elements that make her stand out in the wedding industry in Ontario and British Columbia.

This service is designed to assist the busy couple from start to finish. The full planning and coordination of the big day is an outstanding service where our coordinator will provide support and guidance for the couple throughout the entire planning process to create a memorable day. One of the benefits of this service is the great vendor discounts that come along with the professional and experienced coordinator.

Month-Of Coordination

This service is for the couple who have their wedding planned and would simply like a professional coordinator to execute their vision while keeping everyone on track. Truly a worry-free day for the couple, the wedding party and their families.

setup and Vendor management

This service is for the couple who has their wedding day planned but would like assistance setting up their DIY decor at the ceremony and reception sites. This service will also include vendor management throughout the day to ensure your vendors show up on time for their specified role on your big day.
