Money-Saving Tips without the vibes of a "Budget Wedding"
As wedding planners, our goal is to give our couples the wedding of their dreams as well as make the wedding planning process seamless. Every now and then we work with couples who are on a tight budget but who don’t want their wedding to “feel” like it was a budget wedding. It’s still their special day and they deserve for it to be as close to perfect as possible (without going over budget).
Money-Savings Tips
Details, details, details! Keep in mind, these are only suggestions and will vary based on your priorities for the special day:
Cut adding flowers to the bar and along the aisle
Reduce the size of your guestlist
Book a photographer for less time
Choose a weekday to lower the cost
Choose a simple (but beautiful) cake design
Skip the open bar and offer signature cocktails
Rent wedding attire and décor instead of buying
Pick a location that looks great on its own (this decreases the money spent on décor)
Serve dessert or appetizers instead of an entire meal
Hire a wedding planner (yes, we have a long-lasting relationship with our vendors and they offer our clients great rates which help to offset the cost of a wedding planner and assists the couple to stay on budget)!
